The Pitzer College summer program students have started their classes. Divided into two groups based on a placement test, they will have English classes each morning and discussion groups in the afternoon three times a week. Over the weekend, students took a trip to the desert area at Joshua Tree National Park where the dry heat and expansive views were truly impressive.
